The most frequently asked question: Why can’t I see my library icon? http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov?holding=LinkOutUserName or select the library in My NCBI IP recognition recognize user’s IP range(s) and behave accordingly Authentication and authorization scheme used by many full text providers NCBI is looking into it
