4. Phor Khun Ramkhamhaeng the Great day The ceremony is to commemorate the Great king, Phor Khun Ramkhaeng For what he has done for Thai people From the past up to now. It is held on the 17 th of January every year at king Ramkhamhaeng Monument inside Sukhothai Historical Park. The activities are to worship king Ramkhamhaeng, a parade, local performances, the art of fighting, elephants and horses in battle gear, presenting and long sword fighting

5. It is held on the 10 th - 12 th of April at Si Satchanalai Historical Park every year. According to the first stone in scription,it states that ”people in Sukhothai are charitable, pious and devoted to alms giving…’’

6. Sukhothai’s Loi krathong is held annually on the full moon night of the 12th lunar month (the 15 th day of the waxing moon )at the Sukhothai Historical Park.

8. Ban Thung Luang It is located 15 km. along the Sukhothai – Kamphaeng Phet route. Some of the ploducts include animal figurines, flower pots, vases.
