1. The Adult Student Handbook is accessed electronically Students access the handbook via Virtual Counselor Access the Internet using either Internet Explorer or Netscape Enter the URL below http://www.browardschools.com Click the Virtual Counselor link Accessing ATC Student Handbook

2. Click the STUDENT button on the LOGIN screen

3. Accessing ATC Student Handbook Students enter their Student ID # as the USER ID Students enter their birthday in the MM/DD/YYYY format as the PASSWORD NOTE: The / are required Click the SUBMIT button NOTE: Pop-ups must be temporarily allowed so the handbook is viewable

4. Accessing ATC Student Handbook Click to view the handbook Close the window when finished Complete the emergency contact information Click the YES button to submit the form PLEASE NOTE: Students will not be able to submit the acknowledgment form if they do not view all pages of the handbook

5. Accessing ATC Student Handbook Once students submit the acknowledgment form, they can no longer access the handbook via Virtual Counselor until they submit a new acknowledgment form next school year (2011-2012) Students can access the handbook at either of the websites below www.atlantictechcenter.com www.browardtechcenters.com
