4 WORLD BANK / WWF ALLIANCE FOR FOREST CONSERVATION AND SUSTAINABLE USE A Site-Level Management Effectiveness Tracking Tool Tool to collect data on WB / WWF Forest PA portfolio Portfolio-wide Quick, focused on sites Relies on knowledge of WB / WWF staff and PA managers Limitations Small amount of quantifiable data Should be backed up by more detailed assessment system scoring system should not be used for comparison between sites limited evaluation of outcomes
