13. His destiny was changed because of an appetite that couldn’t be harnessed. Every single day of your life you will be tempted to trade your destination for a bowl of stew. What is your bowl of stew (MARSHMALLOW) right now? – A habit? A secret? – What are you trading right now for your destination?

14. EXTRAORDINARY PEOPLE – APPETITE Better to be patient than powerful; better to have self-control than to conquer a city. Prov 16:32 NLT KNOW LATER IS OFTEN BETTER THAN NOW.

15. Delight yourself in the Lord and he will give you the desires of your heart. Ps 37:4 Delight = awnag— to enjoy, it means to seek SEEK GOD UNTIL HIS DESIRES BECOME YOUR DESIRES. God’s Appetites become Your Appetites.

16. So I say, let the Holy Spirit guide your lives. Then you won't be doing what your sinful nature craves. 17 The sinful nature wants to do evil, which is just the opposite of what the Spirit wants. And the Spirit gives us desires that are the opposite of what the sinful nature desires. Gal 5:16-17 NLT For Centuries – God was called The God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob (The Younger brother). It should’ve been – The God of Abraham, Isaac, and Esau. But because of unharness APPETITE – Esau traded the ultimate for a bowl of stew.
