7. Strength Evangelism – The officers and soldiers in Hungary have many different outreach ministries to meet people in various stages of life. The Salvation Army strives to evangelize while meeting the physical needs of the people at the same time.

8. Challenges Through the years there have been many circumstances and events which have led Hungarians to have a prejudice and distrust of religion. 9. How does my World Services gift help? Day Shelter and Food Distribution A social kitchen was created from which hot meals are provided to seniors, handicapped individuals, and poor families referred to The Salvation Army by the Budapest District Government.
