My ability to Reason is not something I achieve. This ability is something I discover as a central aspect of myself. Like so many aspects of myself, my reason seems to be given. Just as my desire for happiness seems to be given.

“Everyday” Faith: Believing what another person or source tells me, when I know there is good reason to believe the person or the source. Christian Faith: Belief in what God has revealed through Jesus Christ and the Church. This faith is a gift of God. It is one of the three theological virtues which are: Faith, Hope and Charity.
12
SCIENCE: The practice of systematically observing nature in order to understand its laws and structures. Science is one of the tools that Reason uses. It helps us to know some factors of reality. There are many tools that reason uses, such as: mathematic, moral, behavioral, philosophical, faith Scientism: The belief that the only things which exist are those that are observed and measured by Science. (claiming science as the only reliable tool of reason)
13
Atheism: The denial of the existence of God
14
Agnosticism: The belief that God cannot be known.
15
Rationalism: The reduction of reason to scientific or philosophic reasoning
16
Deism: a form of rationalism which admits belief in God based on philosophical reasoning.
17
Fideism: Believing without reasons.
