Outlook Express To Read Mail: Highlight the email you would like to read Double Click This will cause the email to open in a new window

Outlook Express To Delete Mail: Highlight the email you would like to delete in your inbox folder Then click the delete button at the top of the screen (refer to circle on model) Your deleted emails will be placed in the deleted items folder on the left hand of your screen

Outlook Express To Delete Mail in your Deleted Items Folder: Click on the Deleted Items folder To delete everything from this folder you can right click the mouse and select “Empty ‘Deleted Items’ Folder” or select Edit at the top of your screen and choose “Empty ‘Deleted Items’ Folder” from it’s menu To delete single items from this folder, click on the email you wish to delete and then click the delete button at the top of the screen (same procedure used before for deleting emails)

Outlook Express To Create Folders: If you would like to save emails, you can create folders to store them in First click on Local Folders on the left hand side of the screen Next click on File from the top of the screen and choose New and then choose Folder

Outlook Express To Create Folders: This window will pop up and you will need to fill in the Folder Name and then click OK A new folder will be created You will now be able to click and drag emails from the inbox folder to the new folder

Outlook Express To Print Emails: You can highlight the email in the inbox and then click on the ‘Print” button on the top of the screen This works also for the when the email is opened Another way to print is to select File from the top of the screen and then print from the menu

Outlook Express How to Read Attached Documents: When you open an email if there is an attachment you will see “Attach” below the subject line (This picture does not show an email with an attachment) Double click on the attach document and it will open up in another window
