Overview: You make the rules Help manage your Inbox, calendar, and to-do list by using conditional formatting. A conditional format is simply a rule that changes the font, font size, or font color when a message or other item meets a condition that you specify. It's a quick, easy way to keep track of important messages, meetings, and tasks.
