2 Kalimantan Selatan’s traditional instruments are usually made out of wood or other materials that are easy to find and shape. It usually also belongs to either the woodwind or the string family. Kalimantan Selatan’s Instrument

3 Panting is part of the string family, because the sound comes from the string. It’s like a mini version of arabic lute You pluck the string in order for the string to vibrate. It is mostly made out of wood and is usually played with 3 other instruments; bamboo flute, violin, gong. The instrument is often played at weddings or anything or any other performance to strengthen the relationship between the community ( Indonesia ) Panting

4 Kuriding is one of South Kalimantan’s traditional musical instrument. It is a member of the woodwind family It is mostly made by wood and is played by putting it between your lips, then pulling the string on the end It should sound like howling wind when you pull the string Kuriding

5 Kunting is one of the traditional instrument from the banjar tribe. It is part of the woodwind family. It is mostly made of bamboo and its design is similar to angklung Kintung
