2. Thanks to all recorders for the excellent response again this year Many interesting new plants have been found in 2013, including refinds of old records, special plants at new sites, and plants new to Sussex. A small selection follows but there will be a full list in newsletter.

6. Interesting records Mentha pulegium Pennyroyal Shottermill 4th record since 2000. Probably native in Sussex now only at Falmer pond Clinopodium acinos Basil Thyme Anchor Bottom New site. Only recorded from 6 tetrads since 2000 against 26 in the SPA

7. Interesting records Geum x intermedium Geum rivale x urbanum (Water Avens x Wood Avens) Ratham Copse, West Ashling Refind of 1987 record. Only the second extant site in Sussex

8. Interesting records Scrophularia vernalis Yellow Figwort Henfield Common New tetrad and 3 rd post-2000 record Hieracium angustisquamum Duncton lime kiln Second site for this plant
