1990 -2014: Sector Change Growth from 67,000 properties to 277,000 1990-2011 – 86 Associations transferred to another landlord Currently 11 RSLs have an RSL subsidiary 2011-2014: 10 Associations have joined an RSL Group Structure 81 Registered Social Landlords have a subsidiary 2014: 183 Registered Social Landlords 124 subsidiaries across the sector
