6. Challenges!!! Lost in translation – Language/terminology ADDIE Model, UD, ADA, Synchronous, Compliance, Accessibility, Virtual, Module, any others? Lack of: – Direction – Goals – Objectives

9. My Approach Checklist  Never start with “I know…”  Allow the faculty to “remain” in control of the initial conversation  Do not introduce technology until you find out more about their:  Course  Teaching style  Teaching approach  Syllabus  Course schedule  Course objectives

10. Ask the faculty about their: – Expectations – Worries/challenges – Own level of technology proficiency – Allotted time to work on the course Work together on an “action plan” – Include an accountability schedule Finally… My Approach cntd.
