3. Humanist Psychology Humanist focus upon potentials. Humanist do not believe that human being are pushed and pulled by mechanical forces, either of stimuli and reinforcements (behaviorism) or of unconscious instinctual impulses (psychoanalysis). They believe that humans strive for an upper level of capabilities. Humans seek the frontiers of creativity, the highest reaches of consciousness and wisdom.

4. Maslow Said: All human behavior is motivated by a desire to satisfy needs. In order for a person to keep striving towards the ultimate in his/her growth there has to be a feeling of accomplishment
