A professional development planning tool and database that will: Improve professional development decisions by looking at strategies teachers are using in mathematics, science and reading Increase the relevance of professional development Enhance the role of school-based and district-level instructional teams Provide a vehicle to track, over time, the impact of professional development on classroom practice

Classroom visit data collection software used on a handheld computer (Palm, Windows Mobile) An online database that enables users to generate up-to-date reports based on aggregated classroom visit data PD3 online reports that guide a school’s or district’s professional development decisions for teachers within grade levels or subject areas
