Use of the Specifications SPECIFICATIONS Freely available to all from the website or other licensees Can be used without restriction to build non-commercial Simputers™. All modifications of the Specifications must, eventually, be returned to the public domain Distribution and re-distribution of Specifications must take place under SGPL and contain required declarations
