Solution Design a Library Management System. The Librarian(Administrator) can input data of Both Books and Students. The System Comprises of the data of all available books and complete list of students. A student when requests or reserves a book the librarian checks the relevant required data and issues the book or reserves it. This efficient system can tell the librarian of any imposed fine (if any) whenever a student is issuing or returning a book.

Demo illustrated ◦ Librarian (Admin) manages all the books and Students records Add Edit & Delete data ◦ Librarian (Admin) reserves a book on request of any Student. ◦ Librarian (Admin) issues the books to any student from the data base. And also manages the inventory on return. ◦ The System can Prompt the librarian of any imposed fine on any particular student.

Demo illustrated ◦ Student (user) can reserves any book from the library database. ◦ Student (user) can ask the librarian to edit his/her personal record in library database. ◦ Student (user) can request the librarian to issue any available book from the library database. ◦ Student (user) can check fine imposed on him/her from the librarian. ◦ Student (user) can request to search any book in library database.

Known problems Single Authentication problem Both the Librarian and the student cannot login independently i.e. the system is designed to be operated by the librarian only and not the student Limited Entries We have limited the number of entries to create our demo.

Future work Enhanced GUI Enhanced Data Support Email Support to reserve and get fine notifications Can be made an E Library Searching of books via internet
