2.  It was a success!  Remember to ask Gatlin to sign your hour forms if you brought in candy!

3.  November 15 th  The road will be shared with the Spanish Honor Society (near the town center)  We will be providing vests, gloves, and trash bags  There will be a sign-up sheet eventually…  There are limited spots, so sign up ASAP (once we start sign-up)  More info will be posted on the whiteboard in the back!

4.  This year, we are adopting a family of four and a family of five (nine total)  We will need $900 in order to adopt these two fam bams ($100 per child)  We were thinking of having a car wash or crepe stand in order to raise money, but we are open to ideas and suggestions  We will be gathering gifts and food for the families  There is a sign-up sheet for the food on the whiteboard

5.  There will be a social at La Madeleine (near Barnes & Noble)  November 8 th from 9am-11am  Bring monies if you want to be fed lol  Be there or be square!

6.  We will start offering hours for tutoring  Tell us which days are best for you and the subjects that you are most comfortable tutoring in  There will also be a sign-up sheet for this soon once we get everything started  Make sure that once you sign up, that you actually show up!!  As of right now, physics tutors are needed

7.  Make sure that you have at least 5 hours for the semester hour check  All 5 hours will be due at the December meeting  Hours can be inside or outside!  Excess hours are due at the end of the year, but make sure that you are keeping up with them (10 excess hours per year)

8.  Remember that you are only allowed to miss one meeting per semester  Please show up on time because we have been pretty lenient  Next meeting is on December 4 th at 6:30am or 2:30pm  This is the meeting where your 5 hours are due! Don’t forget!
