3 Learning Objectives 1.Identify when work is done on an object. 2.Explain how machines make work easier (2 ways). 3.Determine the mechanical advantage of a machine (relative to 1). 4.Describe the 6 types of simple machines including the different pulley setups and different classes of levers. 5.Describe the mechanical advantage (relative to 1) for each simple machine in terms of output vs. input force.
