THIS ADD-ON HELPS THE USER TO PREPARE QUOTATION AND FREE TO DRAFT / DESIGN THE TERMS & CONDITIONS OF THE QUOTATION, AS PER THEIR NEEDS. TERMS & CONDITIONS DRAFTED BY USER CAN BE PRINTED WITH SALES ORDER. IN THIS ADD-ON, YOU CAN SEE REPORT OF ALL PARTIES AND CAN FOLLOW-UP THEM, WHICH WILL CREATE FOLLOW- UP LOG HISTORY..

2.  Terms & Conditions drafted by user can be printed with Sales order.  Save follow-Up records.  Set their status, pending or closed. Features

3.  Go to Gateway of Tally > F11: Features > Add On Features  Set “Yes” to the option “Enable Quotation Follow-Up?” How to Configure “Quotation with Follow-up 1.0”

4.  Go to Gateway of Tally > Accounts Info > Voucher Types > alter > Sales Order Set “Yes” to the Option “Enable Quotation Voucher?” as screen shot shown below: How to Configure “Quotation with Follow-up 1.0”

5.  After enabling option to “Yes”, then it will open the screen where we can write our related Terms & Conditions as shown in the screen shot below. How to Configure “Quotation with Follow-up 1.0”

10.  To Follow-up your Parties/Customers, go to Gateway of Tally > Display > Quotation Report. “Quotation with Follow-up 1.0”

11.  Quotation Follow-Up Screen as shown below.  In the Below report we have one Button “F5”i.e., “Pending/Closed/All” to view filter report according to Closed Status, Pending Status, and All Customers Detail Report. By Default will be set on Pending Status. “Quotation with Follow-up 1.0”

12.  If you press enter on any one of the party to whom you want to Follow-up, below screen will be open: So you can easily alter follow-up details by this report. Like, you will enter the Follow-up Date, Follow-up Status (Closed and Pending), Contact Person, and Next Follow-up Date etc as shown in the screen shot below. “Quotation with Follow-up 1.0”
