1 Tongue Twisters 1.A tidy tiger tied a tie tighter to tidy her tiny tail. 2.How much dew would a dewdrop drop if a dewdrop could drop dew? 3.She sells sea shells by the sea shore. The shells she sells are surely seashells.So if she sells shells on the seashore,I’m sure she sells seashore shells. 4.Of all the felt I’ve ever felt, I never felt a piece of felt which felt as fine as that felt felt, when first I felt that felt hat’s felt. 5.A pleasant peasant keeps a pleasant pheasant and both the peasant and the pheasant are having a pleasant time together 6.There is a kitten in the kitchen , in the kitchen I fry the chicken. A fly flies into the kitchen, while I fry the chicken.

2 Bud Abbott(1997-1974) & Lou Costello(1906-1959) were one of the greatest comedy teams in the history of show business. Their official teaming began in 1936.They mastered the straightman/clown relationship, creating a magical chemistry that would take them from the burlesque stage to radio to Broadway to film and finally, to television.Bud Abbott became one of the most sought after and polished straightmen on the burlesque circuit, where he met his future partner, Lou Costello. It wasn’t until they appeared on the “KATE SMITH RADIO HOUR”, performing what would soon become known as their classic signature skit, “Who’s On First,” that Bud Abbott & Lou Costello were hurled to stardom, and to Hollywood. Today,their comedy continues to generate new legions of fans around the world. Their clean style of comedy, born on the burlesque stage over 50 years ago, continues to find a ready and accepting audience in today's marketplace.

3 Rowan Atkinson is a sharp-tongued comic performer known for playing sardonic characters on English TV. In 1990 Atkinson began starring in “Mr. Bean”, a near- silent comedy series that showcased the performer’s considerable physical comic abilities. Atkinson took this accident-prone character to the big screen in the mildly enjoyable “Bean”. Since his first appearance in 1989, Mr Bean has achieved a massive following around the world – he’s now recognised as the most popular British comedy export since Benny Hill.His visual humour and elaborate sight gags transcend linguistic frontiers.

4 Charlie Chaplin is considered one of the greatest and funniest actors in the history of the cinema.During his lifetime, he acted in 13 films, and he wrote, directed and Acted in 69 other films. Chaplin was born in London in 1889 and first acted when he was five. At seventeen he set off for the USA, where he got his first film part. From his second film, he developed his own manner of acting, the one that was to become world-famous. He wore a small black hat, very wide trousers, a moustache and carried a stick that he swung in the air as he walked.Chaplin’s early films were silent. His most famous films include “The Gold Rush”, “City Lights”, “Modern Times” and so on. He died and was buried in Switzerland in 1977.
