6 METROCENTRE - REDEVELOPMENT  Redevelopment to provide 371,000 sq.ft. including -New 180,000 sq. ft department store for Debenhams -28 new shop units  New 1,100 space multi-storey car park  New transport interchange with covered waiting areas integrated with the malls

7 METROCENTRE, GATESHEAD New Red Mall and new multi-storey car park New Public Transport Interchange and associated infrastructure work
