5. Web Budget Tool Contract approved and work started to repair and update the tool. IEEE Conference Finance has two programs –ICX for data on startup of a conference –NetSuite for data on the operation and closing of the conference. Ad Hoc Committee on Conference Financial Tools is evaluating the tool to supplement these two for all IEEE conferences. 10/26/2015 5

6. Expenses Only trips automatically approved are to attend the three AdCom meetings. All other expenses that are not explicitly in the budget (such as WIE, Phelps, or YP) need to be approved by the NPSS President before the expense is made.
