Topic 1: People say that the environmental pollution is due to people’s misunderstanding of the relationship between human beings and nature. Do you agree?

Environmental problems: Many reasons Industrialization --polluted water, gas Urbanization --factory increases, field decreases Crave for profits --ignore side effect, focus only on money Gap between different areas --abandon traditional way of living, take the new style which may not be suitable for local people. Population --more people, less resources

Right attitude towards nature help human beings understand the value of nature. Human beings, as trees, rivers and oceans, are also part of nature. --Will not exploit nature at will Cooperation rather than competition --think about the effect of human activity Live harmoniously --benefit both human beings themselves and nature

The responsibility for the environment rests with the individual and not only with the government. Do you agree? Environment problem --industrialization --deforestation --sand storm Misunderstanding of the relationship between human being and nature The government should take the responsibility: directing both individual and industries in their understanding of the relationship between human being and nature. This cannot be achieved solely by individuals.
