3.  Favorite Food: Worms  Average Size: 18 inches  They have no jaw and are covered in slimy mucus.  They enter inside of living or dead fish and eat away the insides.

4.  Class: Chondricthyes  Scientific Name: Manta Birostris  Nickname: Giant Manta Ray  Environment: Marine environment, seas where water is warm not oceans.

5.  Average Length: 22.5 feet but record length was 31.5 long.  Average Weight: 3000 pounds  Favorite Food: Most fish but mostly crustaceans.  Average Swimming Speed: 10 mph

10. Black Mamba  Class: Reptilia  Scientific Name: Dendroaspis polylepis  Nickname: Black Mamba  Environment: Settle in open areas like savannas, rocky areas, and open woodlands. Occupy empty termite mounds, rocky crevices, burrows and hollow trees.

11. Interesting Extras  A victim will die within 30 minutes of a bite from the black mamba.  Grows around 10 feet on average.  Can get to speeds of up to 12 mph.  Not all black mambas are black!

13. Interesting Extras  Body Length is 15-20 inches and a 3 ½ foot wingspan.  Feed on smaller birds: Blackbirds, jays, shorebirds, and will sometimes but rarely eat mammals or reptiles.  Cruising speed of flying is 40-55 mph and can reach 105-110 mph. Diving speeds can reach 200 mph.
