FAT TEST Fat Test: Rub oolong tea on to Filter Paper Result: Nothing Happened Positive Result: Becomes Clear

STARCH TEST Starch Test: Add 2 drops of iodine solution to some oolong tea Result: Turned into yellowish brown Positive Result: Becomes brown to black

GLUCOSE TEST Glucose Test: Add 10 drops of Benedicts solution one fifth of a test tube of oolong tea. Result: Turned into dark orange Positive Result: Becomes brown to orange Comment: This experiment worked well and I got a good result

PROTEIN TEST Protein Test: Take two test tubes Put 1 small spatula of oolong tea in one Put about 1 cm depth of water in each Add 10 drops of Biurets A to each and shake Add 10 drops of Biurets B to each and shake Result: Biuret A: No difference Biuret B: Turned into dark green Positive Result: Becomes brown to purple
