Ground Array Specifications System Size (DC kW): 3,281 First Year Energy Production: 5 Million+ kWh's 45,000 First Solar 75 and 72.5 Watt panels positioned at 25 degrees tilt with an approximate 180 degree due south azimuth. Inverter: (6) Satcon PowerGate 500kW PV inverters Structure: Northern States Solar Mounting System

Rooftop Systems: 379 PV rooftop systems operational 2.766mW total rooftop system size 4 million+ kWh production to date Average rooftop system size is 7kW (90 panels) 37,280 panels total installed on the roof systems

Primary Project Partners 1. Lend Lease, developer of Soaring Heights Communities 2. National Bank of Arizona, financier of the 3.3 MW ground-mounted system 3. Tucson Electric Power – utility partner, provided rebates, interconnection 4. SolarCity – designed, installed and maintains solar systems 5. U.S. Bancorp Community Development Corporation – financing partner for residential rooftop solar systems
