2. Curriculum for the initial traning of the general nurses –preuniversitary level (professional qualification) Specific content: Strategies for listening, speaking and listening methods. Formal or informal communication : voice modulation, tone and vocabulary, speed of speech, adapting communication to the understanding of the auditor, the use of specific support. Non verbal communication Reasoning with clear ideas, relevant, concise, persuasive, adapted to the context and interlocutor Facilitating an effective communication by accepting different opinions, encouraging discussion and ensuring the expression, giving feedback List specific skills and competencies corresponding to this module: 1. Develop strategies for effective communication 2. Apply oral communication techniques Professional communication module Year I -60 hours per year of which 30 hours of clinical stage.

Identify the infrastructure of the human psyhic 2. Highlight integrative structure of the psychological mechanisms. 3. Integrate interpersonal perceptions in professional practice General psychology module Year I 120 hours, 60 hours of laboratory

Social roles in the therapeutic relationship: social status, social role of the nurse and the patient. Types of nurse-patient relationships: complementary,  leadership, cooperation, complicity Conflict of the roles: economic circumstances, expectations, assessing disease severity, interests and priorities, settle the conflict Control strategies: verbal, non verbal language, paralanguage, facial expressions, attitudes, positions, persuasion, negotiation, patient rules, rules for nurses List specific skills relevant competencies of this module: 1. Explain the theoretical concepts of sociology 2. Identify the elements of sociology of communities 3. Analyze and synthesizes the data of medical sociology. 4. Describe the role of sociological research 5. Analyze the various social and health policy. Sociology, social and halth policy module Year I 120 hours of which 60 hours of laboratory

Mental factors determining in the dynamics of health / disease 2. Holistic approach of the patient 3. Support the patient in maintaining / restoring his quality of life Medical psychology module Year III 60 hours, including 36 hours of laboratory

7. Programs and training activities for continuing education of nurses Forms a continuous medical education: –Training Programs –Internships –Scientific congress –Conference –Symposium –Roundtable –Workshops Continuing education providers are:  Accredited / approved universities or faculties of medicine and pharmacy  Educational institutions  Medical associations  University clinics, hospitals  County branches of the Romanian Nurses Association (OAMGMAMR) Another way of continuing medical education and the development is the publication of scientific medical materials: medical journal articles, book chapters and books, monographs,, medical textbooks, medical book publishing, as well as drafting papers presented at scientific events.
