5 5 The ARRA provided $720M for LPOE modernization, divided as follows: $420M for CBP-Owned LPOEs: Approximately 23 Design/Build projects, Program management and oversight Repairs & Alterations Program Management and Reporting System (PMRS) $300M for GSA-Owned LPOEs: Will fund design and/or construction of seven projects GSA also received $4.5B for High-Performance Green Building Projects American Recovery and Reinvestment Act ARRA Funding provided for Port Modernization
