10. What is an Energy Pyramid?  An energy pyramid shows that the amount of useable energy in an ecosystem is less for each higher animal in the food chain.

11. What is a Food Web?  A food web is a model that shows how food chains overlap and link together. A food web contains producers and consumers that are used as food by more than one living thing.

12. What is a predator?  A predator is an animal that hunts another animal for food.

13. What is prey?  Prey is the animal that is hunted for food.
