Proposed Zoning Ordinance Definitions Proposed in Chapter 38 Prohibit Medical Marijuana Treatment Centers (MMTC) as “home occupation” and exclude from definition of “clinic” Add definition for MMTC as it appears in Amendment 2 Update definition and map of “Tourism District”
