February 2010  Field reviews with all necessary federal and state agencies and permits attained  Emergency Repair selected to stabilize toe and repairs begin  City and Caltrans evaluate roadway  City requests state funding for emergency repairs to reopen road and long term funding for permanent repairs. March 2010  DPW selects firm to design Emergency Roadway Opening project  DPW meets with Caltrans and FHA to review site/assess federal involvement Timeline
