10  A RUN-ON occurs when two or more independent clauses are joined without a conjunction.  Examples:  I am going home, I am tired.  She said she doesn’t have any cupcakes even if she did, she wouldn’t share with you.  Corrections:  I am going home; I am tired.  She said she doesn’t have any cupcakes, AND even if she did, she wouldn’t share with you.
