2. Melody The melodies within the songs in Cinderella are timeless, they get stuck in your head. “Ten minutes ago” is a good example of this. The melody is simple, which I think is one of the reasons why it stays in your head.

3. Harmony Harmony is used multiple times within Cinderella. The chorus sings in harmony during the ballroom scene, and Ella and Marie sing in harmony during the transformation.

4. The Tempo of “Impossible” increases as they sing…I think this is to increase the excitement of the scene as Ella gets her new dress and the carriage and horses arrive. Dynamics were used during “Impossible” as well, they began softly and increased volume as they sang (again to increase excitement)

5. Rhythm and Form are used because within “Impossible” they sing the word in many different ways. Different notes are sung at different tempos.

6. Timbre is used when Ella and the Prince sing the same words but using different notes during “10 Minutes Ago:. Ella and Marie do this as well during “Impossible”.
