CAMPUS REC R EC C LUBS Important Dates 1/13/11 Party Near the Park 11-2pm 1/14/11 Leadership Transition Document due on Orgsync 1/14/11 Club Audits begin (Roster Checks, Safety Coordinator check, etc.) 1/17/11 MLK Day: Rec Club Day of Service! 1/18/11 Coaches Meeting 6:30-7:30 pm in the Rec Clubs Office 3/1/11 Deadline to submit a new club application on Orgsync

CAMPUS REC R EC C LUBS Updates Sami Faile Driver Training: Dates can be found on the Rec Clubs website as well as a list of approved drivers. Lightning Policy: We now have one! It can be found in the Rec Club Handbook. RCC 2011-2012 Budget Policies: Have been sent out. Can also be found on the RCC webpage. Dues Reports and Payroll Expense Reports Dues: You can now pay up front again at the member services counter. Other Revenue: All other revenue must be deposited through the Rec Clubs Office. Hours for depositing will be posted. Please collect all revenue that you can when depositing to limit the amount of transactions.

CAMPUS REC R EC C LUBS Updates Sami Faile Elections for on the Rec Clubs council for 2011/2012 will happen from April 4 th -14 th. If you are interested in becoming an officer please submit a letter of intent, resume, and a short blurb on why you want to be part of the RCC. Please also submit a one paragraph bio that can be posted on the web. Applications and questions can be sent to recclubs@pdx.edu. Applications are due on March 28th and 5:00 pm.recclubs@pdx.edu

CAMPUS REC R EC C LUBS ORGSYNC TRAVEL Orgsync Forms Peter Kramer Expenditure Request: Leaders need to look under the vendor list to see if the vendor has been used before, if not, you will need to get a W-9 form from the vendor Travel Registration Request: New lodging info. New details. Pay attention to notes and writing. The more info you have, the better. Note: Travel Packs can be dropped off at member services. You only need to schedule a time to pick up the travel pack. Vehicle Request: Plan ahead, and get your vehicles sooner. Leadership Transition: Know your leaders now. Start training. Start teaching. Ensure that your work as a club leader doesn’t get wasted. Club Calendar: Update your practice times, events, and meeting times! READ THROUGH EVERYTHING! & BE DETAILED!

Specifications of the Lockers B-F= 3'X4'X7' H-N= 3'X3'X7' Steel Wire, Roofed, Optional Shelving Best case Scenario, installed by 1/24/11 The install will happen over the weekend. Phase 2: all field sports will be moved to deep storage, Room 30. (Medieval Combat, Men's Soccer, LAX, Ultimate, Disc Golf)

This means everyone must be on top of their stuff for things to run smoothly. It is a process. Work with us so that we can work for you.
