There are 24 different time zones in the world, one for each hour of the day!

There are four time zones in the continental United States – Pacific, Mountain, Central, and Eastern.

As you travel east into a new time zone, the time increases by one hour. If you travel west, the time decreases by one hour. + 1 - 1
