2. Behind the stage. The Software was specifically written for an Import-Export company. It took 1 and half months to write. The programming language is Microsoft Access and SQL. The SW is composed of three files (Security- DB-main SW)

3. What does it do? The SW follows and automates the work process:  Everything starts with the creation of the proforma invoice. If it is agreed it becomes an order. The purchasing office sends orders to the suppliers, follows the order process, checks the replies and the timing. Goods are checked when they arrive in the warehouse, box and pallet labels are printed and before shipping the packing list and the final invoice are print. The logistic office sends the request of offer, decides the best and tracks the shipping. Finally, the suppliers’ invoices and the company trends are checked. Obviously, there is an address book!
