6. Not Your Basic Bean Counter  Started firm in 1993  2 nd largest in town

7. Motivation  Understands the “grunt” work  Knows what employees need  Personally pays for massage therapist during tax season.  Wife is a baker, brings food every Thursday

8. Motivation  Allows employees to attend family events through the week.  Doesn’t force you to stay at work 5 days a week.  Work 3 days a week, just get the job done  Holds parties throughout the year.
