Motivation Understands the “grunt” work Knows what employees need Personally pays for massage therapist during tax season. Wife is a baker, brings food every Thursday

Motivation Allows employees to attend family events through the week. Doesn’t force you to stay at work 5 days a week. Work 3 days a week, just get the job done Holds parties throughout the year.
