You should eat berries and pumpkin seeds because they help your heart. Berries are good for your heart. Pumpkins are fun to carve into.

Drink 2 cup of milk a day because it helps your body get strong.

You should eat a little lean meat because it gives you protein.

You should only eat a little oil, so try fish because it has very healthy oil.
