INTERVIEW GUIDELINES Plan an Interview: set an appropriate time and date for when to meet the person Establish a Report: in order to keep notes about each possible employer Ask Questions: make sure that your questions are related and capable of giving you an idea of what type of person you are dealing with Close your Interview: finish the questionnaire and bring on the next candidate Review: look back at your report and judge whether or not the person is suitable

HOW ELSE DOES ONE SELECT Background Checks Reference Check (schools) Information Services (agents etc…) Honesty Testing (polygraph test) Physical Exam (more for manual labour)
