The definition of national minorities Minority groups include sociological groups, individuals, nationals of a state, citizens distinguished by their ethnic origin, language, national or religion affiliation.

Why do ethnic minorities have special rights, when there are human rights?! Special rights of minorities were added to protect them, these are groups that are usually separated from the society. But also to help them ensure the preservation of the individuality, nationality and culture. The aim of the special minority rights is to ensure equal treatment to members of this group in society.

The right to local names, street names, towns written in their own language 10. The right to state and local authorities to conduct proceedings in their language

THE RIGHT TO ASSOCIATION AND COOPERATION WITH FELLOW Persons belonging to national minorities have the right freely to establish and maintain peaceful relations within the republic of Serbia and abroad with whom they share an ethnic, cultural, language, and religious identity, or a common cultural heritage.
