5. Why do ethnic minorities have special rights, when there are human rights?! Special rights of minorities were added to protect them, these are groups that are usually separated from the society. But also to help them ensure the preservation of the individuality, nationality and culture. The aim of the special minority rights is to ensure equal treatment to members of this group in society.
