Outages 3/31: Directory server sync problem – –Affected a single directory server – –Timeframe: 1305-1420 – –3% of authenticated SMTP users got intermittent failures sending e-mail – –Some inbound e-mail incorrectly rejected 6572 of 372,992 messages rejected >21% of those were bulk e-mail

AutoFiling 15,000 users auto-filed in past month Decreased inbox storage usage from 4TB to 2.9TB (28%)
