3 Target population New born babies Children under 5 year Children who are 6 year. Children who are 12 year Pregnant women. New arrival children who are under 12 years.

4 Main Activities Providing monthly vaccine service for the target population and f/u the drop out. Maintain high vaccine coverage >90% Vaccine status screening for new arrival who are 0-12 year. Cold chain management Provide training for new medical staffs on vaccine management.

5 Vaccine request and distribution system Midwifes in each health clinic collect no. of children by sub target population for the purpose of reporting and requesting vaccine - submitted to the RCH Coordinator RCH Co. completes ว 3-1 form and submits to pharmacy department of MSR hospital. Vaccine is received from MSR hospital and stored in MI office. Monthly delivery vaccine to camp. Monthly vaccine service.

10 Challenges Working with new health staffs in refugee camp. Still have new arrivals and visitors who have never been vaccinated. Cold chain management in the past MI has to be improved. Thai school children are vaccinated once a year but in refugee camp vaccination is done every month.

11 Questions ? If sterile water for dilution of vaccine is not available, can we use the sterile water which we use for diluting antibiotics ? Can we use HB vaccine vial that has been opened within 8-24 hours? How to calculated vaccine coverage for children under five year.
