2 Display and Floor Management: Ensure that products are displayed in a visually appealing manner. Shabby and unplanned display MUST be avoided as that will hamper the Brand image Display must be at a prominent place in the campus, should be specious and a crowd of 50-60 should be manageable We must avoid theft of the products We must be able to supervise and observe each and every visitor carefully. We must ensure that every visitor is greeted personally and engaged well

3 Personal Presentation and greeting: One person from our group MUST greet the visitor personally. “Hi, My name is Shishir Vaidya and I am a student of IMED. This is a new initiative by IMED wherein we are going to get best of the brands on our campus through a live project for these brands. Titan industry has assigned this live project to us and we have got Fastrack on the campus.” Let the person speak and start a friendly conversation with him. “We are offering a special 12% flat discount on all the products on MRP + a coffee mug on every purchase. If your total billing amount goes beyond 1500.00 after deducting 12% discount, then you also get a CCD Discount card worth Rs 50.00. You will get a warranty card / guarantee card as per the company policy and Invoice will be sent on your eMail.

4 Product Handling and trial: Students may want to try out the products before purchasing. Pls ensure that watches go back to the same pack as MRP and Model No is mentioned on the carton, not on the product. If you change the packs of the product, then a high cost model will be sold at lower price and vice versa. We must not have more than 6 watches out of the packs. One representative must be handling maximum 3 persons at any point of time.

5 Purchase and collection: If a student agrees to purchase the product then deduct 12% flat from MRP. Pls capture all the details in the data capture sheet so that invoice can be sent on his eMail. Fill in the details on the guarantee / warranty card. If you could stamp the card with college seal, that will help. College seal on cad is advisable and not mandatory. All the cash must be handed over to company official who is going to stay with you the entire day. Products will be taken back from the campus and sent to company distributor in the evening. Formal stock taking must be done before closing of the activity.

6 Online selection of the model If a student could not select model from the ones that are displayed, then s/he can visit fastrack.in and select a model. If s/he wants to purchase that model then s/he must pay MRP – 12% discount and book the model. Same will be delivered within 48 hrs to the campus with proper invoice. Students can also book their order via email and send model No, their college name, class, division and send it to ozone.imed@gmail.com In next 2 months

7 Dressing and appearance: You can wear your college uniform. You must be well groomed, presentable, cheerful, soft spoken and attentive Fastrack is going to provide Black T Shirts with Fastrack logo. If you are allowed to wear that in the campus, pls do that. You must wear your college ID card to convince that you are a student of the same campus and not company officials.

8 You must avoid: Being over friendly / over professional Bargain and get into an argument Pls remember, we are handling a brand that is market leader in its category. Customer must get an excellent experience interacting with us. An excellent experience leads to a sell. As Ozone representative, you are responsible to Approach, Communicate, Interact and connect with the customers.
