How can they catch me now. I love my work and want to start again. You will soon hear of me with my funny little games. The next job I do I shall clip the ladys ears off and send to the police officers just for jolly wouldn't you. Keep this letter back till I do a bit more work, then give it out straight. My knife's so nice and sharp I want to get to work right away if I get a chance. Good Luck.Yours trulyJack the RipperDont mind me giving the trade name. 7 The Time G Killings started April 13, 1888 and didn’t end until February 13th, 1891. G They took place in the Whitechapel area in England. There was a lot of the poverty in the area at the times so a lot of the women resorted to prostitution. G Some of the murders were the work of different people and some were obviously the work of one particular person or group. 9 Technique G The group/person that did the murdering of the canonical five had a technique G They killed in public but closed off areas late at night. Sometimes as late as 3 a.m. G The murders tended to occur close to the weekend. G He would strangle them and then mutilate the body. The only thing about that is, a lot of the murders were not along the same lines, so they had a hard time connecting all the murders at the time. Sometimes the mutilation was much more harsh, or it might appear that there was a struggle G The group/person that did the murdering of the canonical five had a technique G They killed in public but closed off areas late at night. 10 No man,No trial G Because nobody found out who actually committed the murders, there was not conviction therefore no trial. G “Rippologists” are still debating whether or not it was a group or a solo act…so that’s about as close as they got.
