Ginger Beer Making By Room 2

Gather your ingredients together, cut the lemon, squeeze out the juice. Add the sugar water and the ginger beer plant.

Make sure everything is in place and all the equipment is clean. Get the bottles ready.

Place the cloth inside the sieve, and pour the ginger beer mixture into the cloth. This will keep the big bits out!

The ginger mixture looks like mud! You have to squeeze the cloth to get all the liquid out.

We added 28 cups of cold water and stirred our ginger beer.

Carefully pour the ginger beer mixture into clean bottles with a tight fitting lid.

Let the ginger beer stand for at least three days so that it will start to fizz!
