6 Goals for 2003 from the end of 2002 season Boys qualify for districts. Girls have a complete team. 18 boys & 6 girls. McDowell gets a trip to Pasco.

7 Season In Review 9 Boys & 3 Girls Boys 3-6 & Girls 0-8-1 in Kingco meets. Boys 9 th at Kingco Championships. Successful Riverview Elementary Invite. Creation of a new home course.

9 Brittney Canady First year runner as a freshman. Earned a J.V. award. Best race – Newport / Liberty Thoughts for 2004 – Stay healthy for the whole season. Strive to earn a varsity letter.

13 Clifford Hellman First year runner as a freshman. Earned a J.V. award. Best races – Mercer Island / Mount Si & SeaKing Open. Thoughts for 2004 – Continue to improve. Work on being a “player” with other teams varsity runners. Strive to earn a varsity letter.

15 Tom Bunker First year runner as a freshman. Earned a J.V. award. Best races – Mercer Island / Mount Si & SeaKing Open. Thoughts for 2004 – Continue to improve. Work on being a “player” with other teams varsity runners. Strive to earn a varsity letter.

17 Jacob Gremmert Second year runner as a sophomore. Earned a JV award. Best races – Mercer Island / Mount Si & Kingco Champs. Thoughts for 2004 – Continue to work on getting stronger and faster.

23 Cody Chappell Second year runner as a sophomore. Earned his second Varsity letter. All-time lists – Tied 5 th – Camp, 9 th – Sunfair, 10 th – Kingco. Best races – Mercer Island / Mount Si & SeaKing Open. Thoughts for 2004 – Be one of the top runners in the league.

42 Junwen Law Fourth year running as a junior. Earned his fourth Varsity letter. SeaKing District Qualifier Top 10 Lists – 1 st New Home, 7 th Kingco, 7 th Sunfair, 6 th Lake Stevens, 10 th Camp, 10 th Time Trial. Best races – Newport / Liberty & SeaKing Open.

43 Top 10 things to look for in 2004 XC season #10: More runners at White Pass / Clear Lake XC camp. #9: A complete girls team. #8: A boys team of a dozen runners. #7: Another overnight trip to Yakima for Sunfair Invite. #6: No excuses about not running during the summer.

44 Top 10 things to look for in 2004 XC season #5: New Cascade Conference #4: New courses for league meets. #3: New Saturday invites ?? #2: New championship races – Cascade & Northwest District #1: Another outstanding Powerpoint presention at the banquet.
