Participant training needs analysis by individual, cohort and project (R15).

Methodological input Each participant in the five participating countries had to fill in the starting questionnaire with 92 questionnaires in 5 partner countries, 231 statements in 4 areas. Each statement was evaluated in two ways: present level of mastering the competency and importance given to the statement by the individual. The High Growth Coach5

Methodolgy input the final analysis was done in the way that shows the greatest gap between present level of competency and the importance of competency in question. where the gap is the greatest also the training should be directed. We find some changes in ranking order of competencies The High Growth Coach7
