Plan Design Analyze Develop Test Implement Maintain Project Plan System requirements –Customer login, from which customers can view all products in-store and online as well as place orders online. Visually aesthetic. Mobile version for customers. Assess project feasibility –Technical and legal feasibility studies. We’re going to hire a lawyer to do the legal study. We’ll have him or her look into our domain name, copyright laws, etc. We can do the technical study ourselves, and look at what software and IT infrastructure are necessary to support the website. Project scope -Technical feasibility study completed by Dec. 20 th. Infrastructure available to begin programming by January 25 th. Legal feasibility completed by Jan 31 st. Site launched by March 5 th.

Plan Design Analyze Develop Test Implement Maintain Analysis Description Customer login, from which customers can view all products in-store and online as well as place orders online. Visually aesthetic. Mobile version for customers.

Login Plan Design Analyze Develop Test Implement Maintain Process diagram When customers enter the website they can login. When they click on the log in button they are prompted to enter their User Id and password. If they are new to the site they can choose that they’re a new user, after which they create a User Id. Then they are able to view our products.

Plan Design Analyze Develop Test Implement Maintain Placing an Order When a customer places an Order they first select the type of product they want to view, then the specific product. While viewing the product they can put it in their Cart. Then they have to decide whether to finish shopping or continue shopping. If they decide to keep shopping they can put more products in their cart. After which they will select their payment type and confirm the purchase. At that time, their purchase information will be logged into the Tier One Dirt Bikes database. Process diagram

Plan Design Analyze Develop Test Implement Maintain Build Vs. Buy Analysis -We are going to build our website. We have someone “in-house” with the skills. Since we are a relatively small company it will be more cost effective to build it ourselves. We feel Building it ourselves will give us the quickest time to market. We also don’t have any corporate resources. Finally, the cost of acquisition is too large relative to our spending ability at this point.

Plan Design Analyze Develop Test Implement Maintain System Model– Navigation (the system navigation model needs to show how navigation occurs on your site – you only need to draw the navigation scheme for your homepage. You can also easily make this on the computer)

Plan Design Analyze Develop Test Implement Maintain Develop We chose this design because it is simplistic and user friendly. We also felt it met our requirements for visually aesthetic.

Plan Design Analyze Develop Test Implement Maintain Testing – (write the test conditions and perform the system testing) Screen / Form Tested Date Tested Tester Test ConditionExpected ResultsActual Results(Circle one) Pass Fail

Plan Design Analyze Develop Test Implement Maintain Implementation – We will use offline implementation because most of our business run by using the Internet therefore if customers will buy using the Internet, we cannot accept their implementation. We will hire extra employees for implementation. Our company only have 3 people who works at the office. We are going to hire someone who can repair bikes, it supports division of labor. New employees will be treated as free agents. The decision of their salary will be reached depends on their amounts of works. One of our full-time employee will make the process of implementation so the consumers’ request enters our system automatically.

Consumer documentation Existing customers: Our online system have a login process. After put your ID and password, customers can enter our website and follow the link to the implement. Consumers can write down what they want to repair at the implementation page. Also, we need their personal information again such as name, phone number, address, email, and which product you bought. If customers want to visit our shop, they can fill out the implement paper. It will be recorded by our staff. New customers: There are 2 ways for new customers. One is creating a new account. It will require your name, phone number, address, how did you come to your website, retailer/buyer, email, and your preference. After completion, they can use same process as existing customers. Confirm implementation: We will sent email and text message to customers to confirm our appointment. They have a choice to choose the shop to repair. Payment process: We accept every card and cash. Customers should pay their shipping payment before pay. Implement Maintain Test Develop Design Analyze Plan

Design Analyze Develop Test Implement Maintain Maintenance To keep running our website and system, we will check our system everyday, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly to analyze our customer’s information and observe the trend. We will inform our shop and website so that many people can find our business and we will keep changing to be better company. We will update whenever we get new items. Also we will accept our customers opinion and apply to our business.

The adaptive maintenance: On Mondays, we have a meeting about our business. On that days, we will talk about our future and results of last week. The corrective maintenance: If there is a problem about our system, we must check it immediately and use all conceivable means. The perfective maintenance: We will check our system frequently to realize our results and working well. The preventive maintenance: Our IT charger member will monitor the system. The member announce about the system during the meeting. Maintenance schedule –January 20 –Making implement and maintain department –January 25 – Finishing the system and check the system. –January 31- All feasibility tests will be completed –Feb22– Final product due from programming –March 5- site launch Plan Design Analyze Develop Test Implement Maintain
