Joshua believes that God can read his mind and that he knows all of Joshua’s thoughts, feelings and beliefs. Joshua says that he has done some very bad things and that the only way that he can be forgiven is to drink the blood and eat the body of God. Although Joshua freely admits that he has never actually seen or touched God, he knows that God is real and that God loves him. He says that he knows God has a special purpose for him and that he will know what that purpose is when God decides to unveil his plans.
